- How much is the Delivery Charge?
- Abot kaya ang delivery service ng Alagang Pinoy. Ang delivery charge ay ibabawas sa inyong Alagang Pinoy account.
Php 40.00 – NCR, Bulacan, Cavite and Rizal area
Php 75.00 – for the rest of Luzon
Php 150.00 – for Visayas and Mindanao
- All delivery charges are subject to the specified order and location
- Delivery charges are subject to change without prior notice
- How long will a delivery take?
Agad na madedeliver ang iyong order sa loob ng isa hanggang tatlong araw – depending on your family’s location in the Philippines.
Note: Delivery times may change due to unforeseeable conditions. But trust that we will ensure that the medicines will be delivered to your beneficiaries as soon as possible.
- Pwede bang umorder ng gamot na may reseta?
Yes! Kailangan lang magpadala ng kopya ng reseta for verification. Your primary beneficiary has three (3) options:
- Mag-email ng scanned copy ng reseta sa customercare@alagangpinoy.com.ph OR
- I-fax ito sa (02) 724-5369 OR
- I-send ang MMS ng reseta to any of the Alagang Pinoy mobile numbers
The doctor’s name and license number must be readable. If not readable on the prescription itself, it must be written down on the email / MMS / fax.
- How do I keep track of my family’s orders?
There are two (2) ways to keep track of your family’s orders:
- Go online sa www.alagangpinoy.com.ph. Pumunta sa member page at i-type ang account details para makita ang remaining amount balance ng inyong Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Healthcare Account, ang total amount spent, ang listahan ng mga produktong na-order at kung kailan na-order ang mga ito.
- Pwede ka ring tumawag sa alinmang Alagang Pinoy hotline numbers to be able to find out the same information.
