    • 1. What is Unilab Alagang Pinoy?
      • Ang Unilab Alagang Pinoy ay isang health and wellness program especially created for overseas Pinoys and their families.
    • 2. What are its benefits?
      • As a member, magkakaroon kayo ng maraming health benefits gaya ng:
        • Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card. Magagamit ito ng iyong pamilya sa Pilipinas para maka-order ng discounted Unilab medicines.
        • Mas madali nang mag-order ng discounted Unilab products dahil pwede na silang mag-order online o tumawag sa (02) 584-1888.
        • Mamo-monitor mo at ng iyong beneficiary ang natitirang load sa card at kung anu-ano na ang na-order at na-deliver na mga gamot.
        • Hindi na pipila sa drugstore ang iyong beneficiary dahil may free delivery service sa ilang lugar sa Pilipinas.
  • How to Join
    • 1. How do I join?
      • a. Sumali sa Unilab Alagang Pinoy by registering sa sign up page or by calling the Unilab Alagang Pinoy Hotline at (02) 584-1888.

        b. Ibigay ang iyong personal information at contact details. Tukuyin kung sino ang iyong primary beneficiary. Ang primary beneficiary ang makakatanggap ng health benefits para sa pamilya. Siya rin ang makakatanggap ng Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card.

        c. Mag-remit ng PhP1,500 to Unilab Alagang Pinoy accounts in the following banks:

        Bank Branch Peso Account Number
        Bank of the Philippine Islands Timog Circle 0271-0350-98
        Banco de Oro Unibank West Avenue Del Monte 4080008107

        Ang PhP1,500 ay fully consumable ng pamilya. It will also serve as your membership fee.

        d. Tatawagan kayo ng isang Unilab Alagang Pinoy representative to confirm the following:
        • Remittance reference number
        • Remittance institution
        • Amount remitted

        e. If we are unable to validate the membership fee details with the banks, kailangan mong i-email ang image ng iyong membership fee receipt to alagangpinoy@unilab.com.ph o i-fax ito sa +632 724 5369.

        f. Ang iyong membership fee ay mapoproseso ng Unilab Alagang Pinoy in one (1) to two (2) days.

        g. Tatawagan ng isang Unilab Alagang Pinoy representative ang iyong primary beneficiary to welcome him / her to the program and to verify your membership details.

        h. Matatanggap ng primary beneficiary ang welcome pack within two (2) weeks. Kalakip ng welcome pack ang Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card.

        i. Tatawagan ng primary beneficiary ang Unilab Alagang Pinoy Hotline at (02) 584-1888 to activate the Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card. After activation, magagamit na ng iyong primary beneficiary ang card to access medicines from Unilab.

    • 2. I have downloaded the application form from the website. I have answered it completely. Where should I fax it?
      • Please fax your application forms to +632 724 5369. A Unilab Alagang Pinoy representative will contact you to process your application. Para malaman ang status ng iyong application, pwede kang tumawag sa alinman sa aming mga hotline numbers.

    • 1. What is the Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card for?
      • a. Magagamit ng iyong primary beneficiary ang Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card para maka-order ng gamot sa order page o sa pamamagitan ng pagtawag sa Unilab Alagang Pinoy Hotline (02) 584-1888.

        b. Mamo-monitor mo at ng iyong primary beneficiary ang laman ng Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card, ang listahan ng mga gamot na na-order, at ang natitirang load sa iyong member page sa website.

        c. Maaari nang i-avail ng iyong beneficiary ang maraming discounts and freebies. Kailangan lang nyang ipakita ang kanyang Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card.
    • 2. How can my primary beneficiary start using the Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card?
      • To start using the Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card, kailangang i-activate muna ito ng iyong primary beneficiary:

        a. Kapag natanggap na nya ang Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card na kalakip ng welcome pack, kailangan nyang tumawag agad sa Unilab Alagang Pinoy Hotline at (02) 584-1888.

        b. Hihingin sa kanya ng Unilab Alagang Pinoy representative ang default PIN (na makikita sa sulat sa loob ng welcome pack) at membership number (na makikita sa Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card).

        c. Ive-verify ng Unilab Alagang Pinoy representative ang kanyang personal information.

        d. Pwede na nyang palitan ang default PIN ng permanent PIN. Ang bagong PIN ang gagamitin nya sa pag-access ng discounted Unilab products online or through our hotline.

        e. Magagamit na nya agad ang Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card to access medicines.
    • 3. Is the Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card transferable?
      • Yes. Transferable ang Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card as long as the transferee has both the ID and the PIN. Ibig sabihin, pwedeng ipagamit ng iyong primary beneficiary ang Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card sa iba.
  • Order and Delivery of Unilab Products
    • 1. How can my primary beneficiary access medicines using the Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card?
      • After activating the Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card, makaka-order na sya through our order page o sa pamamagitan ng pagtawag sa Unilab Alagang Pinoy Hotline (02) 584-1888.

        For prescription medicines, kailangang ipakita ang reseta sa authorized personnel bago makuha ang order.

        Kailangang magpadala ng kopya ng prescription for verification. Your primary beneficiary has three (3) options:
        a. Email a scanned image of the prescription to alagangpinoy@unilab.com.ph OR
        b. Fax the prescription to (02) 724-5369 OR
        c. Send an MMS of the prescription to any of the UAP mobile numbers

        The doctor’s name and license number must be readable. If not readable on the prescription itself, the primary beneficiary must note it down on the email / MMS / fax.
    • 3. How long will a delivery take?
      • FOR PRIMARY BENEFICIARIES IN AREA 1
        If your beneficiary places the order before 12pm, the medicines will be delivered within the day.
        If your beneficiary places the order after 12pm, the medicines will be delivered the next day.

        FOR PRIMARY BENEFICIARIES IN AREA 2
        Regardless of the time your beneficiary places an order, the medicines will be delivered in one (1) to two (2) days.

        Regardless of the time your beneficiary places an order, the medicines will be delivered in three (3) to five (5) days.

      • Pumunta sa member page at i-type ang account details para makita ang remaining credits ng Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card, ang total amount spent, ang listahan ng mga produktong na-order at kung kailan na-order ang mga ito.
  • How to reload your Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card
    • 1. How do I reload my Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card?
      • To reload, mag-deposit lang ng PhP3,000 o PhP6,000 sa Unilab Alagang Pinoy accounts in these banks abroad:

      • Yes. Pero sayang naman ang maraming health perks and privileges na makukuha ng pamilya mo. Without the program, wala ka nang katulong mag-alaga sa kalusugan ng pamilya habang malayo ka.   • Senior Citizen
    • 1. My primary beneficiary is a senior citizen. Can he / she avail of the senior citizen discount on top of the Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card discount?
      • Kung senior citizen ang iyong primary beneficiary, he / she can avail of the senior citizen discount on top of the Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card discount. Kailangan nya lang ipakita sa authorized representative ang senior citizen card, Philippine passport or any other document to establish that the senior citizen is Filipino and is at least sixty (60) years of age.

        Kailangan nya ring ipakita ang reseta (na nakapangalan sa kanya) kung saan nakasulat ang prescribed medicine at quantity nito. This applies to both over-the-counter and prescribed medicines. Please note that the 20% senior citizen discount will be given only on the prescribed medicines. The 20% discount will not be extended to medicines with no prescription.

        Kung ipapahiram ng iyong primary beneficiary ang Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card (since the card is transferable) sa isa pang senior citizen, ang nanghiram ay makakakuha lang ng discount for Unilab medicines as part of the benefits of Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid cardholders at hindi ng senior citizen discount.

      • Mag-report lang online o mag-email sa alagangpinoy@unilab.com.ph Pwede ring tumawag sa (02) 584-1888.

        PhP200 ang bayad sa paggawa ng bagong card, including the delivery. Ibabawas na lang ito sa credits ng iyong Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card. Ipapadala ang bagong Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card sa iyo within two (2) to four (4) weeks. Kailangan mo uling i-activate ang bago mong card.
    • 5. Is the Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card transferable?
      • Yes. Transferable ang Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card as long as the transferee has both the ID and the PIN. Ibig sabihin, pwede mong ipagamit sa iba ang iyong Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card.

        Pumunta sa www.alagangpinoy.com.ph at pumunta sa order page. Piliiin ang product na gusto nyong i-order. Magagamit ang search button para mas madaling mahanap ang iyong order by ailment, brand or generic name. I-add lang ang items sa iyong shopping cart. Bago i-submit ang order form, hihingin sa iyo ang iyong account details at order confirmation. Makakatanggap ka ng confirmation email para sa iyong orders.

        Tumawag lang sa Unilab Alagang Pinoy Hotline at (02) 584-1888. Kausapin ang isang Unilab Alagang Pinoy representative, ibigay ang order at ang iyong account information (pangalan, membership number, PIN).

    • 1. I am a senior citizen. Can I avail of the Unilab discounts on top of my senior citizen discount?
      • Kung ikaw ay senior citizen, you can still avail of the senior citizen discount on top of the Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card discount. Kailangan mo lang ipakita sa authorized representative ang iyong senior citizen card, Philippine passport or any other document to establish you are a Filipino citizen and are at least sixty (60) years of age.

        Kailangan mo ring ipakita ang reseta (na nakapangalan sa iyo) kung saan nakasulat ang gamot at kung ilang piraso ang nireseta. This applies to both over-the-counter and prescribed medicines.   • About the new Unilab Alagang Pinoy
    • 1. What is the new Unilab Alagang Pinoy?
      • Kagaya ng naunang programa, ang Unilab Alagang Pinoy ay isang health and wellness program especially created for overseas Pinoys and their families.
    • 2. How is it different from the old Unilab Alagang Pinoy?
      • a. Ang dating Unilab Alagang Pinoy – SM Advantage Card ay Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card na ngayon. With the new Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card, sure kayong may budget for your family’s health needs dahil ikaw mismo ang maglo-load sa card. At dahil fixed na ang budget for your family’s health, hindi na nila maisasantabi ang kalusugan para sa ibang gastusin.

        b. Ang Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card credits ay good as cash kaya hindi na maglalabas ng pera ang iyong primary beneficiary para maka-order ng gamot. Ibabawas lang ang presyo ng gamot sa iyong credits. At dahil sa Unilab siya mismo makaka-order ng mga gamot, discounted ang price.

        c. Simple at madali lang ang pag-order ng discounted Unilab products. Kailangan lang mag-log on ng iyong primary beneficiary sa aming order page o tumawag sa Unilab Alagang Pinoy Hotline (02) 584-1888. Hindi na kailangang pumila pa.

        d. Pwede mo nang i-monitor sa iyong member page kung magkano ang nababawas sa iyong Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card. Malalaman mo rin agad kung anu-ano ang nabiling mga gamot, kung magkano ang na-consume, at kung magkano na lang ang natitirang load.

        e. Hindi na rin kailangang pumunta ng iyong primary beneficiary sa botika para bumili ng gamot. Free ang delivery sa ilang lugar sa Pilipinas.

        f. Plus, may instant discounts and freebies pa ang pamilya.

        g. May free health tips and reminders pa sila via email, SMS or phone calls.

        Ang PhP1,500 ay fully consumable ng pamilya. It will also serve as your membership fee.

        d. Tatawagan kayo ng isang Unilab Alagang Pinoy representative to confirm the following:

        • Remittance reference number

        • Remittance institution

        • Amount remitted

        e. If we are unable to validate the membership fee details with the banks, kailangan mong i-email ang image ng iyong membership fee receipt to alagangpinoy@unilab.com.ph o i-fax ito sa +632 724 5369.

        f. Ang iyong membership fee ay mapoproseso ng Unilab Alagang Pinoy in one (1) to two (2) days.

        g. Tatawagan ng isang Unilab Alagang Pinoy representative ang iyong primary beneficiary to welcome him / her to the program and to verify your membership details.

        h. Matatanggap ng primary beneficiary ang welcome pack within two (2) weeks. Kalakip ng welcome pack ang Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card.

        i. Tatawagan ng primary beneficiary ang Unilab Alagang Pinoy Hotline at (02) 584-1888 to activate the Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card. After activation, magagamit na ng iyong primary beneficiary ang card to access medicines from Unilab.

    • 3. Do I have to pay the new membership fee even if I am already a member of the previous Alagang Pinoy Program?
      • Yes. Kailangan pa ring bayaran ang bagong membership fee para ma-avail ng pamilya ang mga bagong benefits ng Unilab Alagang Pinoy. Don’t worry, ang PhP1,500 ay fully consumable at valid hanggang ito ay maubos ng pamilya.
    • 4. I have downloaded the application form from the website. I have answered it completely. Where should I fax it?
      • Please fax your application forms to +632 724 5369. A Unilab Alagang Pinoy representative will contact you to process your application. Para malaman ang status ng iyong application, pwede kang tumawag sa alinman sa aming mga hotline numbers.

    • 1. What is the Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card for?
      • a. Magagamit ng iyong primary beneficiary ang Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card para maka-order ng gamot sa order page o pamamagitan ng pagtawag sa Unilab Alagang Pinoy Hotline (02) 584-1888.

        b. Mamo-monitor mo at ng iyong primary beneficiary ang laman ng Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card, ang listahan ng mga gamot na na-order, at ang natitirang load sa iyong member page sa website.

        c. Maaari nang i-avail ng iyong beneficiary ang maraming discounts and freebies. Kailangan lang nyang ipakita ang kanyang Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card.
    • 2. How can my primary beneficiary start using the Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card?
      • To start using the Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card, kailangang i-activate muna ito ng iyong primary beneficiary:

        a. Kapag natanggap na nya ang Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card na kalakip ng welcome pack, kailangan nyang tumawag agad sa Unilab Alagang Pinoy Hotline at (02) 584-1888.

        b. Hihingin sa kanya ng Unilab Alagang Pinoy representative ang default PIN (na makikita sa sulat sa loob ng welcome pack) at membership number (na makikita sa Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card).

        c. Ive-verify ng Unilab Alagang Pinoy representative ang kanyang personal information.

        d. Pwede na nyang palitan ang default PIN ng permanent PIN. Ang bagong PIN ang gagamitin nya sa pag-access ng discounted Unilab products online or through our hotline.

        e. Magagamit na nya agad ang Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card to access medicines.
    • 3. Can I earn points with the new Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card?
      • Unlike the old Unilab Alagang Pinoy – SM Advantage Card that lets you earn points, the new Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card lets you enjoy discounts on Unilab products.
    • 4. Is the Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card transferable?
      • Yes. Transferable ang Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card as long as the transferee has both the ID and the PIN. Ibig sabihin, pwedeng ipagamit ng iyong primary beneficiary ang Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card sa iba.

        For prescription medicines, kailangang ipakita ang reseta sa authorized personnel bago makuha ang order.

        Kailangang magpadala ng kopya ng prescription for verification. Your primary beneficiary has three (3) options:

        a. Email a scanned image of the prescription to alagangpinoy@unilab.com.ph OR
        b. Fax the prescription to (02) 724-5369 OR
        c. Send an MMS of the prescription to any of the UAP mobile numbers

        The doctor’s name and license number must be readable. If not readable on the prescription itself, the primary beneficiary must note it down on the email / MMS / fax.

      • FOR PRIMARY BENEFICIARIES IN AREA 1
        If your beneficiary places the order before 12pm, the medicines will be delivered within the day.
        If your beneficiary places the order after 12pm, the medicines will be delivered the next day.

        Regardless of the time your beneficiary places an order, the medicines will be delivered in one (1) to two (2) days.

  • About my old Unilab Alagang Pinoy – SM Advantage Card
    • 1. What happens to my old Unilab Alagang Pinoy – SM Advantage Card?
      • Magagamit mo pa rin ang Unilab Alagang Pinoy – SM Advantage Card 60 days after the expiration date. Ang expiration date ay makikita sa iyong card. After that, you may not use your Unilab Alagang Pinoy – SM Advantage Card to get discounts on Unilab products from Watson’s. Hindi mo na rin ito maipapakita sa aming partner establishments to avail of health perks and privileges. Pero kung gusto mo pa ring makaipon at makagamit ng SMAC points after the 60-day grace period, kailangan mong mag-renew ng membership sa SM-Advantage.
    • 2. What happens to the points I earned with my Unilab Alagang Pinoy – SM Advantage Card?
      • Magagamit mo pa rin ang points until 60 days after your Unilab Alagang Pinoy- SM Advantage Card expires. After the grace period at gusto mo pang makaipon at makagamit ng SMAC points, kailangan mong mag-renew ng membership sa SM Advantage. Pero hindi mo na magagamit ang bagong SMAC to avail of Unilab Alagang Pinoy benefits.
    • 3. Can I renew my membership to SM Advantage only, and not to Unilab Alagang Pinoy?
      • Yes. Pero sa SM ka na mismo pupunta to renew your SMAC membership. Hindi ka na makaka-avail ng benefits ng Unilab Alagang Pinoy.
    • 4. Once I sign up for the new Unilab Alagang Pinoy, can I still use my Unilab Alagang Pinoy – SM Advantage Card?
      • Yes. Hangga’t hindi pa expired ang Unilab Alagang Pinoy – SM Advantage Card, pwede mo pa rin itong gamitin to earn points from SM and Watson’s. Pero once nag-expire na ang iyong lumang card, hindi mo na ito magagamit to earn SMAC points unless mag-renew ka ng SMAC membership mo.
  • Senior Citizen
    • 1. My primary beneficiary is a senior citizen. Can he / she avail of the senior citizen discount on top of the Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card discount?
      • Kung senior citizen ang iyong primary beneficiary, he / she can avail of the senior citizen discount on top of the Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card discount. Kailangan nya lang ipakita authorized representative ang senior citizen card, Philippine passport or any other document to establish that the senior citizen is Filipino and is at least sixty (60) years of age.

        Kailangan nya ring ipakita ang reseta (na nakapangalan sa kanya) kung saan nakasulat ang prescribed medicine at quantity nito. This applies to both over-the-counter and prescribed medicines. Please note that the 20% senior citizen discount will be given only on the prescribed medicines. The 20% discount will not be extended to medicines with no prescription.

        Kung ipapahiram ng iyong primary beneficiary ang Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card (since the card is transferable) sa isa pang senior citizen, ang nanghiram ay makakakuha lang ng discount for Unilab medicines as part of the benefits of Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid cardholders at hindi ng senior citizen discount.
