1. Automatically put P20 bills in a shoebox. Or, put away all bills with your favorite number on the serial code.
2. For every peso you spend on an item, place the same amount on your savings.
3. Family bonding? Ditch the malls. Spend quality time at home watching a DVD or playing a board game.
4. Organize your closets. Gather all unused items and hold a garage sale.
5. Skip sodas and fruit juices. Buy a water bottle and fill it up wherever you can. It’s cheaper and healthier, too.
