- PROCEDURE IN THE DETERMINATION OF WINNERS :
A winner will be drawn on the above stated dates through an electronic raffle using an application that automatically draws a serial number from the set of serial numbers entered into the software. It also allows addition of multiple entries to a draw, and random drawing of entries.
ASSIGNING RAFFLE NUMBERS : The Alagang Pinoy system will generate a unique e-raffle number.
PROCEDURE IN THE VERIFICATION OF WINNING NUMBERS : The winning number will be matched with the membership number in the system. The Winner must submit a copy of their Passport and Birth Certificate.

- HOW TO CLAIM :
Procedure:
1. The winners may claim their prizes at United, Laboratories, Inc., 66 United St., Mandaluyong City Metro Manila, or have prizes delivered to the registered Primary Beneficiary so long as they reside within the Philippines.
2. Winners, through their Primary Beneficiaries, shall be asked to present the original notification letter and two (2) valid photo Ids (SSS ID, Company or School ID, Credit Card with Picture, Driver's License, Passport and Senior Citizen's ID) when claiming their prize. The winners must present all of the mentioned requirements otherwise he/she cannot claim the prize. United Laboratories, Inc. can also request for additional documents like certified true copy of birth certificate and affidavits to confirm the identity of the winner.
3. In case of dispute, the decision of the United Laboratories, Inc. In concurrence with the DTI-NCR shall be deemed final.
4. Names of the winners may, at United Laboratories, Inc.'s discretion, bepublished in newspapers and other multimedia. Winners agree that their names and/or photos may be used in posters, commercials and other forms of multimedia.
5. United Laboratories, Inc.'s decision, in concurrence with DTI-NCR, is final.
