Sumali sa Unilab Alagang Pinoy by registering sa sign up page, by calling the Unilab Alagang Pinoy Hotline (02) 584-1888, or by calling a Unilab Alagang Pinoy access number abroad. |

| STEP 2 |
Ibigay ang iyong personal information at contact details. Tukuyin kung sino ang iyong primary beneficiary. Ang primary beneficiary ang makakatanggap ng health benefits para sa pamilya. |

| STEP 3 |
Mag-remit ng PhP 1,500 to Unilab Alagang Pinoy accounts sa mga accredited remittance offices at Philippine banks abroad tulad ng Bank of the Philippine Islands Express Remittance, Banco de Oro, Swiftcash, Calisons at marami pang iba. Ito ang magsisilbing membership fee mo. Fully consumable ito ng pamilya at valid hanggang maubos. |

After the validation and confirmation process, matatanggap na ng iyong primary beneficiary ang kanyang welcome pack. Kalakip nito ang kanyang Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card at mga impormasyon tungkol sa programa. Kasabay nito, matatanggap mo na rin ang iyong Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card. |

But with the Unilab Alagang Pinoy Prepaid Card, makakasiguro ka na may budget for your family’s health needs. Simply load the card with a minimum of PhP 6,000 which is valid until fully consumed.
